General Admission

General admission. A booking fee applies to purchases prior to race day.
Cost is $15 per person on race day.

Members and Club Grandstand
Entrance and Members access to Club Grandstand and pedestrian access to Show Gate Reserved Car Park.  A booking fee applies to purchases prior to race day. Cost is $45 per person on race day.

Multi Pack
Multi pack includes entrance and access to the Members area, Balmerino luncheon, race book and first drink. A booking fee applies to purchases prior to race day. Cost is $85 per person on race day. Additional tickets can be collected from the Merchandise and Racebook Kiosk near the main turnstiles.

Reserved Car Park
Reserved car park in a prime position in front of the Grand National stand. The ticket provides space allocation for one car. Individual entrance tickets per person are also required. The Club will contact you with car park position and further details. You can bring your own food and a limited amount of alcoholic beverages within the enclosed boot area of the car. Some restrictions do apply. Entrance is via Steadman Rd.

The Guineas Terrace Marquee Package
Located within prime position in the Members area the package includes: course entry, your own mini marquee with seating for 40, luncheon, race book and beverage package. Package can only be purchased prior to race day, minimum of 40 people.  A booking fee applies.  Event rules apply. The All Sports Brunch
The All Sports Brunch tickets will include great entertainment with Lesley Murdoch, Simon Doull and special guests, a brunch that will keep you going for the days racing ahead, members area access after brunch, free racebook and a $3 mystery bet.

Kick off New Zealand Cup and Show Week in style by heading to Riccarton Park for ‘Guineas Day’ at Riccarton Racecourse.

The Al Basti Equiworld NZ 2000 Guineas Day marks the official start of New Zealand Cup and Show Week and will give you a great taste of what lies ahead.

Guineas Day sees the very best three-year-olds travelling to Riccarton hoping to follow in the hoof-prints of some of the greats of the Australian turf by crossing the line first in one of the two Guineas races run over the carnival.

The day’s racing includes the Gold Club Metropolitan and Yesberg Insurance Services Pegasus Stakes.

Start the day off right at the All Sports Brunch hosted by double New Zealand representative, sports commentator and Newstalk ZB host Lesley Murdoch and Simon Doull – New Zealand cricketer and sports commentator.

Some very special guests will join Lesley and Simon for a morning filled with great interviews, brunch and racing.

Gates open at 10am. Corporate suites open from 11.30am.
First race is at 12.27pm.
The event is open to all ages. Enter via Racecourse Rd or Steadman Rd.

Riccarton Park Racecourse is located in the suburb of Sockburn and is only 15 minutes drive from Christchurch Airport.

With plenty of parking on site, you can drive to Riccarton Park Racecourse events.  To plan your route to reduce travel delays visit Transport for Christchurch.
