The stakes will be high this year as fashionistas compete for the coveted title of Westfield Riccarton’s Best Dressed Lady and Best Dressed Man.
This years’ judging panel are a mix of stylists and media personalities. They will judge both the fashion and popular body art competitions, held at Addington Raceway at the Christchurch Casino NZ Trotting Cup. The Best Dressed Lady will win return flights to Buenos Aires, courtesy of Air New Zealand.
Stylist Luke Bettesworth, has been engaged by some of New Zealand’s premier businesses and brands and most recently featured as a fashion host on TVNZ’s ‘Kiwi Living’. Luke is a much sought after fashion judge and gets his greatest joy from enabling men and women to step out with confidence.
As a senior Westfield stylist, Jackie O’Fee joins the judging panel as a seasoned commentator of style, both in print and online media. Jackie has regularly appeared on TV3’s, The AM Show and writes monthly magazine columns.
Also joining the panel are radio DJ’s, Hit’s Drive Show, Stace and Flynny. Paul Flynn (Flynny) is well known for his non-stop chat and is not afraid to speak his mind. Keeping the crowd entertained and the judges in line will be Stacey Morrison. Having cut her teeth on the popular children’s show, What Now, Stacey will add a bit of local glamour to the proceedings.
‘The ZM Body Art competition is always a highly contested competition. Hours of creativity, passion and dedication are put into the craft by artists and the models,’ says Keryn McElroy, Business and Marketing Manager, Addington Raceway.
This year there will be two body art categories; the ZM Body Art Overall Winner and ZM Blend-In, Stand Out Winner. While the judges will select an overall winner, in the new category the judges will be looking for the best incorporation of the ZM logo into their overall design.
